beatcad;
so you didn't like my pre patent "wobbly screwdriver" later sold by Douglas Aircraft Co.
or the trick tin snips Pete sold
here I'll try again;
a 22 1/2" long "rat tail" file, actually 5 files on the same handle! 4 of them are hollow, purchased new from Fa. Bossard in Zug, Switzerland
in '74, they are unmarked
how about a Purox 00 Aircraft Welding Torch, NOT a 00 D
with tips 1-5 and 6L, 7L (the 6L and 7L aren't in any of the Purox catalogs)
and these are the only ones seen by my Father since '28
add to that the interchangeable mixers;
>DA for O&A
>3-7 DA for O&A and tips 3-7
>A&H for air&Hydrogen or O&Hydrogen
>INJ for? got me?
the OO D only came with a DA mixer for O&A
want tin snips?
how about Thuillier Lefrants
oh on rare occasion you will see ring handled ones(they cut like duckbills)
then try to find the straight handled ones
then goto bent blades
and the rarest of them all
loop handled, bent blades made of tool steel,
marked in Art Deco writing "CoupeProfil" "Depose" and the company symbol
a French tool salesman came to Lockheed Aircraft Co. in 1928 and my Father special ordered them
no one had ever ordered a pair before.....they were expensive
anybody else have a Levin & Levin staking set? don't use it very often but its great when you need it
