Would work good driving out large pins on heavy equipment. Opposite question, how small can they be made?
dead blow extender. Does the extender have shot in it?
I don't use mine all the time, but when I do, it is really the only tool I can use.
I need one (or 4)! Would also likely make a great mallet for carving and chisel work with a little larger head...
What are some circumstance that call for the extender?
What is part numbers?
Pounding stuff loose in the engine compartment. I have a Matco deadblow with an offset head (piston hammer) the saves the day every once in a while. One of these extenders would be very useful to me even without using a hammer on it.
Hm, I wonder who makes the piston hammer for Matco?

If I had to guess.. its the same stellar company that makes these.. and this is the sole reason I bought this at the summit racing world headquarters 5 minutes from my work. this has been my extender for the last 4-5 months. invaluable for getting into machinery areas.
funny thing is I wanted one for the couple engines a year I build... but as soon as I saw it, it went on the service truck... lol

I was wondering what Michael Keaton was up to these days. Good to know.

This may have been answered earlier, could I hit on this dead blow extender with my standard 4lb hammer? That would be a game changer.
