They're made for truck wheels and yes they are a pain to handle, usually it's easier with two people one holds the torquewrench onto the wheel nut the other jumps down on the bar.

Thank's, I believe their all 72 tooth, makes me wish the UK had something like this, comparing this to halfords the stuff they sell is just straight up junk.
Their 3/8 flexi head is so bad even for the cost. (halfords)
