I believe GJ user Bhae sells them out of his shop in Spain. Very interested in what the quality/value is like. Please post up some detailed photos (actual pics as opposed to marketing art), and maybe some comments on apparent quality/fit/finish if you get the chance.

How goes the work on Facom?

Have you guys got a stall at the NEC this weekend?

I haven't seen them anywhere except for Prime Tools. The price isn't bad there but still more than I can justify.

I might have some Facom 3/8" spares for sale in the next little while if you're keen though.

It's a good deal but the £10 p&p puts me off and I'd like the sealed head pear ratchet you get in the DBOX setup.

The best deal I've seen on the 3/8" hex DBOX set is Prime Tools at £107.94 with free p&p. I'm hoping they might give us a good discount:

The sealed head is nice, but I think the round head is (IMO) slightly nicer -unless having a sealed ratchet is an important feature of course. Both are very nice ratchets though.

I didn't realise the price had gone up on the J.Dbox -they had them listed for I think around £90 previously (and I thought that was too much for me to spend). I have two S.Dbox sets (one in 6pt and one in 12pt) that I paid just £70 each for (FFX).

I'm sure Julian (@ Prime Tools) said he'd do a bit of a deal on the J.Dbox for GJ members though -so might be worth giving him a ring.

The BGS looks good, its not Facom...but its very cheap so a budget range, but some of it is excellent. Best value for money Ive come accross, priced like Am-Tech but qaulity at least Sealey, better than Sealey on some items.

Facom is slow going sorry, trying to get a decent set of product pictures from Facom isnt going well. Its always the same with tool compaines.....

We'll get Facom sorted in the new year, sorry we havnt got it done sooner.

You guys seem to have got cold feet recently. It has been a while since I have seen a really unmissable deal! There are bound to be some crackers about with Christmas coming up.

Anyway, here is a fairly good one.

didnt know i had been lurking for so long

i did see that but im only looking to spend around £500

thought i would ask as i had seen loads of good deals on tools on this thread but none on boxes

My "asking" price is for the whole stack. If you're looking for a roller cab, or mid box, or top box, the prices for each would be well below £500. I could do £360 on the roller cab for example (RRP on that is £816 and the cheapest one on ebay is £480). Or I could do £550 for the roller cab and top box combo.

So the first hot deal for 2013 is........

Facom S.2PB 21 Piece 1/2" Square Drive Socket Set, has been priced for
ages at around the £200 mark.... A1 plantsales on ebay are selling them
for £77.50 including postage. Seems like superb value to me. :thumbup:

Tooled-Up have some very good Facom deals:

Facom Pro Soft Tool Bag 20" for £49.95

I bought the socket set along with the Wiha screwdriver set for £19.95 that's been mentioned here before and used a £10 off £100 spend voucher. I got £3.90 cashback from Top Cashback so my order only cost £89.00 in the end. My mate placed an order for me and so I got the tool bag along with some hammers and stuff as well.

Unfortunately, they're not doing any vouchers just now but I'll keep an eye out and post when they do.

Oh, I managed to get a 8 imperial Facom sockets off Ebay for £14.00 to go with my socket set. I just wish I could find the 3/8" D-Box set at a good price.
