For parts all you need to do is contact product support. You don't NEED to send an email. "I" did cause I was too lazy to call, and just wanted to get the part number for what I wanted. (I ordered 4 shelves for the old style locker) with the part number you need, it's literally 5 minutes on the phone to process the order. My shelf kits were like $15 each and $6.99 shipping. Took like 5 days for each order cause I bought 2, then bought 2 more..
