Hate to tell you this ... those **** heads aren't in QC. They're in a thin section of Ontario that butts up against quebec, and is chock full of the most ignorant people you'll ever find. Not everyone there is an ignoramus, but you'd be hard pressed to not meet at least half a dozen in the course of a day.

A few years ago I placed an order online. A couple of days later I found out it was cancelled, no e-mails or any news as to why, so I called them. I spoke with Sylvain and he said he cancelled the order because I was shipping it to my work address, not my billing address....apparently they have been burned with some fraudulent orders.

I explained to him that my bank has my work address on file and they also confirmed the charge had been authorized. It wasn't the bank refusing the charge, it was him, despite my bank having authorized it.

He wasn't foul mouthed like in some of these other cases but was very cocky and arrogant. Definitely lacking in the CS dept. Enough time wasted, made my purchase elsewhere.

TOO BOOT! I found the product (Milwaukee 18v Vac 0880-20) on this place and bought it.

When I got it, it had shipping labels from JC Cayer! Not sure about today, but best I can figure, this guy was "operating" out of his basement, and has/had a deal with Cayer and "distributed" through them!
