I have that same locking pliers. Actually it came in a 4 pack set that I bought many many years ago

Not sure who made them for Sears/Craftsman but they have performed well for me though I am not a big user of locking pliers but I have about 6 different variations of them from Sears/Craftsman and the Vice-Grip brand

They are not cheaply made

I have a pair like that with straight jaws. I don't use them much but they function very well when I do.
