All the tools don't add to load, a few lights and any additional heat. Often in general load if using your air comp you are not running a microwave and the oven, you are far from overloading a 200. I seen the bar with 5 fryers and AC running on 200 hot, barely hold your hand on the panel. Your hot tub is somewhat like a welder, it could come on along water heater but you got to work here to run over 80A, yo really do, maybe spikes of 100but you would have to be on all out assault and it probably wouldn't trip the breaker.
I got 3 times as much stuff and it doesn't warm a 200, be a rare day to see 100 and the only real exception to it is motor starting with existing loads etc.
As a common home type if this panel isn't sizzling hot to the touch you are ok. Even in this house, never feel it warm. You don't need to feel insecure.
