Vogel by Neff Dual Duty

I recently purchased a box of tools and came across this. I haven't been able to find out very much after quite a bit of searching.

I was wondering how rare this is, and if it has any value at this point. Please help me out I'd like to understand what I have. Thanks in advance.

That's an interesting twist I do not believe we've seen before.

Ted Neff was the man who invented the "Adjust-A-Box" adjustable box-end wrench:

Your copy down in the bottom of your tool box is probably branded "Craftsman".

The "Vogel" two-sided ratchet was invented by one Mr. Vogel, and manufactured by Proto in Los Angeles.

Just a wild guess, but it would appear Mr. Neff was also promoting and peddling the Vogel ratchet.
