A lot has been done since then. The windows are in, the tongue and groove is done, and I built a 10' maple farm table. That flag on the wall is 7' long. I made it out of reclaimed flooring, and the eagle is from a house we lived in when I was a little kid.

Started my long-procrastinated shed wiring project (feeding the shed from the garage subpanel). I've been putting it off because the garage walls and part of the ceiling are finished with OSB and fiberglass insulation, and I have 10-ton speakers hanging in the way, shelves to take down, plus piles of junk on the floor in the way, and the wire has to run the full length of the garage. Ugh... Way too much work for not much gratification.

I got the wire pulled up the wall from the breaker box, and halfway across the ceiling. I'm done for the day. At least that was the hard part. So much **** had to be moved and then put back. It took almost 2 hours just to get that much accomplished!

I feel your pain. I've been putting off finishing my shop, partially because of ridiculous lumber prices, but mostly because it's going to be a lot of work. I'm going to have to do one wall at a time, taking things down, moving shelving (loaded with stuff) and machines, and making enough room to get at each area. I also have to take down the overhead lights so I can insulate and close the ceiling.

Funny, I was just looking for this thread, and my last post (2 years ago!) was almost the last post in this thread. Anyway, 2 years later, and I finally pulled the other end of the wire through my garage attic, down the opposite wall, through the conduit and into the shed. All that is left to do now is terminate both ends. I got a little too hot in the attic (I looked like I fell in a pool I was so sweaty, lol), so I stopped for the day.

It was kind of a pain in the *** job. There was a horizontal stud in the wall preventing my fish tape from going down. So I had to take down my shelves and speaker and pull the OSB wall off and drill a hole through the horizontal stud. If it ain't one thing, it's another. Oh well, NOW the hard part is done!

The past few times I've been spraying the pesky wood munching termites. They are chewing up a beam over the workbench so when I go out there I have to deal with the droppings. I've pumped in a bunch of killer but they must manage to find a deep spot to avoid it. The droppings have decreased but still I find it.

Not sure if you're in a situation where you can make it work, but try boracare as a wood insect preventative. It's best applied after framing, but if you have repeated issues and you have access to the wood, you may be able to wick enough over repeated applications to make the wood less palatable to those pests. You can paint it with a brush if the area of application is small. Don't let it get on windows. Mix with hot water in a bucket with a drill helical mixer attachment.

IMG_7427.JPEGInstalled 3"model racks so they do not have to live in boxes under the bench anymore. Thom

Need to look into something like that for the few I still mostly keep on the blister cards, as 99% of what I've got on the cards is boxed up.

I'm eventually moving most of what I have into an above-garage apartment that mostly serves as an outbuilding, and has become very disorganized and piled high. I've already filled three contractor bags and it's just a start. Today will be No. 4 most likely, and I'm also moving a ton of excess/scrap building supplies (an entire patio door, and a huge pile of gutters) stored in there to the barn.

PS: I assume that Mooneyes Kool Kombi is pretty new? I haven't seen it before.

Correct, assume something between 6 months and a year. Bought at a German Supermarket (Aldi). I only have this one, from the T1 flatbed I bought by mistake a second one.
