Well around here, it's like I said it is. I've been brushed off several times by the
Deliverance characters in a Dually. You give them an inch and they'll take a mile. I guess it's just different points of view from different locations. The law here states to ride as far to the right as is practical and it is a cyclists right to "take the lane" if it isn't wide enough. That leaves some room for interpretation. I don't know where you are, but maybe take a look at the law in your area. Clearly you don't like it, but it may be perfectly legal to do. There are many things in this world that people don't agree with, but are legal. Anyway don't stress too much about it, I'm sure you've been more inconvenienced by the guys who take too long to move from a stop because they're distracted by their cell phones, I certainly have. That's illegal around here but nothing seems to be done about it. But that's an entirely different complaint tangent now isn't it
