Why Are There Varying Ghostshield Dilution Instructions ?

I have seen two different sets of instructions for the dilution of Ghostshield 4500 when using it as a concrete primer/ intensifier One set of instructions say to dilute 1 gallon of 4500 to 1 gallon of distilled water

However these instructions say to mix 1 gallon of 4500 with 3 gallons of distilled water

The instructions on my bottles say to mix 1 gallon 4500 to 1 gallon of distilled water, so that is what I am going to do but I wonder where the 1 gallon 4500 to 3 gallons of water dilution level came from. Was 4500 sold in a higher concentration in the past ?

Power troweled concrete tends to allow less penetration than hand troweled. If you go with a a stronger dilution you may end up
With white spots on the floor.

I have a 35 x 60 area to cover ie 2100 sq feet. I bought 15 gallons of 8510. Will that be enough ? I will primering the floor with 4500 as discussed above.

Surface conditions always impact things, but it definitely does not seem like you will be short. For a 2 coat system on reasonably smooth concrete 300 square feet per gallon puts you at 14 gallons. Yoy may get better coverage and have more left
