Now that is one awesome bench!! Nice job!!
Ok I have to know... the door on the long side seems to open directly into the sides of the short side drawers.. whats behind the door???!!!!

What's the purpose of the holes on the bottom of the legs? (left on the picture)
Still can't understand people in their own garages who would rather purchase a workbench.
This thread should be encouragement enough to go out into the garage and create something workbenchish.![]()
Nasty wins, lock the thread.

Nastyzen - any detail pictures on the legs and the wheels? Appears the wheels retract for firm placement on the legs.

Anyone can point me to the build thread of this table? Thanks!

Looks awesome! How did you go about getting/fabbing the top plates with all the holes? And will the holes work with the Stronghand clamps, etc?
Chris
All custom and made from scratch. Took a little bit of time but like the way they turned out.

My wife built this for me. The front panels open up for hidden storage.
Made this for my lathe and all it's goodies and other ****. Had an old wooden one that served the purpose but was always messy. So I put this together from finds at the local Habitat for Humanity reuse store. 4 filing cabinets, a rolling base and a solid wood door. Haven't tried it out yet, granted sets up a bit high but for as much as I use it will work just fine.
If anyone is interested in the design of my workbench, I have pics from the beginning all the way through the build- just ask.
You should create a fresh thread and throw the pics up. everybody always wants more garage / shop / bench / toolbox ****, and inspiration comes from the damnedest places, so who knows what your pictures / process might shake loose for somebody.
