How many quarts did you end up with? Does your brush tear up the yard? I see that Stihl makes one that's like a weed whacker. Been thinking of getting one.

I'm not sure what a SUGAR SHACK is, but willing to watch and learn.
just curious after you make all this syrup how does it taste on fresh pancakes or waffles?
Drives, growing up in the Northeast, we would drive to Vermont in the autumn to admire the changing colors of the leaves. Maple trees were among the most colorful. We took the back roads and saw covered bridges and farms and every once in a while would spot a small shack with an extra little roof on top. Those were designed for boiling maple sap down into syrup in the spring. As Matt has shown, it's a drawn-out process and being able to do it in a dry place is nice. Here's a typical Sugar Shack:I'm not sure what a SUGAR SHACK is, but willing to watch and learn.
Save on sauna costs, that's for sure.SUB: putting all those stoves in a building maybe make it a bit bigger and it can double as your heated gym?
great way to teach your daughter (and maybe your boys are watching and learning too) how to work!!
how does your home made syrup taste?
if you are really going to build I sugar shack i'm here to watch and learn and i'll teach you how to make some great buttermilk pancakes.
looks like maybe snow is all gone and spring has arrived for you too.

I hate setting up garage sales. Better you than I. And how many quarts/gallons of syrup did you guys end up with?
I'd have taken the radio Flyer off your hands for the right price.
If you're raising hogs, having a pasture is helpful. Dad always had about 1/4 to 1/2 acre for the hogs we had.
So is the shop all back to "normal" now?
got the workshop all cleaned out from the garage sale so now back to getting some projects pulled into the workshop so that I can get started on them,
First up the old 78 ford outside of the workshop getting all loaded up with the garage sale left overs that will go to the church rummage sale. Its full in the cab and the box as well.
