I would just email them and you'll get an auto response message saying they've received your email. If it takes over a day to hear back i'd just file a claim with amazon. I'll post here or PM you as soon as i hear something though.

Mine shows up as:

Not Yet Shipped:
3 items - delivery estimate: April 19, 2011 - May 7, 2011

So far so good. I felt a surge of relief when the prices finally shot up like a "normal" order. I'd have felt even more confident if they done so much sooner.

Keep your fingers crossed.

I think amazon is too big to be dented by this small Nicholson Files goof. These orders probably might go through. That's why I always chose amazon itself first even if an amazon third party vendor has the item I want for slightly lesser price.

I just ordered 82 sets - the ones with the handles. Take that, Amazon!

:bounce::bounce::bounce:

You serious?

if he's not joking, i hope he plans on offering them here. to me, that kind of **** violates the whole spirit of this thread and is going to lead to people not posting deals.

for anything like this, i feel guilty ordering more than one or two for backup.

I could see how ordering 100 might be good for a reseller if you have the means of selling them locally or through some other venue but I agree buying that many is excessive and probably will lead to some people not posting deals on here.

I have some of those thread restorer files in some sets I have. I have never been able to figure out the technique to make them do anything but completely remove threads.

Any tips here? (Maybe this should be a thread on its own.)

Same here, tried them a couple of times without any luck.

Hold the tool at the helix angle of the thread. If you don't it'll mess up the thread. In other words, don't hold the tool at 90° to the bolt.

Personally, I've had great luck with mine. Fixes a messed up thread in seconds.

I've read comments from people that they wait to receive their item before posting deals on here now because of people mass ordering or abusing super hot deals....

I tried to attach a PDF of the latest coupon that showed up in my E-Mail box. Let me know if it is viewable and usable. I'll try a different method if it can't be used. Ends 3/27/2011. I'm not sure if this is locked to my account or not. Don't have anything to buy, anyway.

Just in case some do not have this, I have attached a scanned HF coupon page which includes a 20% coupon that expires on 7/20/2011. I have used a printed version of this coupon myself with no issues.

Also, You can download a full resolution version here:http://www.mediafire.com/i/?3wr3awtho9br42n

I've been eying the 12v lithium ion drill on that sheet for a while. Does anyone have any experience with it? My old 9.6v DeWalt is getting close to retirement :(

For those of you who do not know about 'The Tracktor' Amazon price tracker, download the browser plug in - it will integrate and show the price history on every Amazon.com item page.
