I picked up 3 pairs of the 8" knipex pliers for $7.98 each, but I had to drive an hour one way to get them. Not sure that qualifies as a 'deal' or not. I need one, but am willing to sell or - better yet - trade them for different Knipex stuff.

Also picked up one of the Fluke Meters, but it cost me basically $40 after tax. I'd be willing to sell or trade that as well.

Finally, got a few more of the stainless steel cable ties. Couldn't pass them up at 50¢ a bag...

LOLOLOLZZZZ.

And ya wonder why I never respond to these threads.

So tell me, whatcha gonna with the other 5 pairof Knipex or are ya gonna use 'em all. Meanwile, local buyers are left out.

Wait. I knew the answer the question before I even posted it.

This is like "Grouponing" but with hoarding dudes with ball-sacks instead of vajayjay's..

No offense.
But you can't say it is not true.

:)

Off to ebay you go to sell off that stash of good local deals that no one can longer buy.
But I knew that.

:)

not everyone is like that, I pick up the cheap stuff when I find it. i keep what i want and pass the others to my good friend (who does the same for me) or I give it to my dad.

If anyone is looking to sell any of the duplicate Knipex tools shoot me a PM. There were no mini bolt cutters or needle nose around me. I got a pair of aligators, linemens, and 8 inch combo's but id like to keep collecting these. All Ive got for trade are a couple pairs of combo pliers or cash.

I picked up some Knipex 8" combination pliers for $2.00 & some 10" Alligators for $2.40 in Greenland, NH today.

Judging by the labels on the boxes, they are shifting around some inventory. These were not in the store when I last checked a few weeks ago.

Man, I never find any of this stuff at my store. I'm pretty sure they don't know what a "sale" or "clearance" means. All I see is $19.99 marked down to $17.48.

Stores here are converted over, deals are gone. Someone earlier questioning why some of us buy several if we see a deal. For me, I'm not hoarding. I buy Christmas presents all year long. If I can buy 40 dollar pliers for 8 bucks it helps the budget. I buy when I find a deal. Christmas this year will be a mixture of knipex, channelock, and other lowes close outs

I was in Lowes today picking up some stuff and stopped by the electrical isle just for the heck of it. My lowes has been cleared of Knipex for a while now but they had the 10" alligators and 8" linesmans for $12. I picked up a pair of the alligators and it looks like they may have come from another store. I really wanted a pair of the wire strippers but they are nowhere to be found around me.

I picked up 6 pairs of the 8" knipex pliers for $2.60 each

Dam you **** :scared: lucky man most of the stuff down here in South Florida are long gone. Did get some ideal wire spools real cheap, 58 cents I think. One thing about Lowes they have way more deals and steals then Home Depot

I bought 4 pair of 8" Knipex combo pliers and 4 pair of 10"alligators for about $6.50 each. I have some birthday/ Christmas gifts in mind. The wife didn't even ask about them. Just shook her head. Maybe a good start for Secret Santa....

3 pair of channel locks left but none on sale.

A kind member sold me some 8" combo pliers at his cost to me, I don't think he'd mind me trading. I could use some Cobras, Alligators, and cutters.

Good man! You should know your priorities!

After I typed this I realized it sounds sarcastic, but not meant that way. :)

Picked up a couple Fluke 113 meters on closeout 2 weeks ago. 19 and change, originally 125!

I'm in for that price! It really didn't take the locals long to steal the ones they had here. Darn people.. get a job or something! Quit stealing my hot deals :lol_hitti

I've been walking by the empty slots where the Knipex had been for weeks. today they must have found some NOS somewhere. Picked up the 8" combo and 10" alligator for a liitle over 10 bucks each. Keep watching.

Just spent some time searching and of 4 stores, 2 cancelled my orders. I wound up getting a pair of 318s, a 5pc Knipex and a Nicholson handle all for about $30 in tax. I saw a clearance tub and found a task force nail puller for $.86. I thought about it but at under a buck it was too hard to pass up.

:pimpflash Now I know where I'm heading after work, hope they have some left (just gotta fight the construction on Grand River). Wish I had checked this yesterday.

My contribution. The South Lyon store had several 29 piece drill indexs (indices?) for $19.97 - regularly $34.97.

Cool, hopefully they still have some left. Just remember that if they don't, nearby stores might price match if they have any left.
