doesn't it say "Made In China" right about "Distributed by Sears in USA"? Everything I looked at yesterday that was made in China said that. No clue what AE means, I was trying to figure that out too.
Here's the clever packaging from Sears (Coincidence?) See how China's been paper-punched out, ha
I was thinking Chile or Chad (pun intended)

Hmmm
You should not be surprised to see discounts disappear on a Sunday morning. Many retailers run sales from Sunday to Saturday (one week), and saving items in your cart will not carry the discount over to the new week.I did the same thing Saturday night and in the morning everything was jacked up except the socks.
Maybe they see want you want , they raise them to drive away sales
Trying reach reach the $50 point ti use points ,etc
Type in anything, and click Ask:does sears have a customer service chat, or do i gotta call Indonesia again?
I wonder if you can get a partial refund for that missing pry bar?So the punch/chisel set is USA, but it does NOT come with a prybar as pictured.
Good grief, your 4 posts for this one wedge bar:Have to agree
Time to stop bashing on Craftsman. Lets accept change and move on. What's the next company to pick on? Armstrong?![]()
Its inevitable. Companies have their own interest; customers on the hand, have their own interest = win-win.

I think they're in the Philippines, and have probably never shopped at Sears or Kmart.

Also, the wood chisels went China last year, but have not seen any complaints about cold chisels or punches.
Good grief, your 4 posts for this one wedge bar:
"COO info was no where to be found"
to
"Distributed in United States by Sears"
to
"Never-mind it clearly said Made in China"
to
"I was thinking Chile or Chad".
You're killing me.
BTW, did you submit a customer review that warns others about the new COO? For example, the screw extractor set you purchased has warnings about the China COO going far back as 2012.
And for A-AE, try here:
http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=84807
And to top it off, my pan was NOT here like the 800 number said. The order pickup kiosk says 0 on order
Another phone call to make
Unfortunately, as per the link you provided, I couldn't find any info on A-AE. The closest I could find was Stanley, Taiwan, but that's purely speculation.
Thanks![]()

I take it you use the mobile site? Make sure to occasionally visit the Sears desktop site for more info, because that offer has been on the homepage since Sunday.
Or the weekly circular in the Sunday newspaper.
Oh, ok. Thought you only discovered the offer today.'^^^^I posted it on this thread for people that are sywr members but didn't know about this offer.

Placed a few $50+ orders, one on my SYWR account and one the other on my wife's account. Didn't see the earn $10 back in points at checkout.
Did this happen to anyone else?
Actually, it sometimes appears on the website for $79.99. I'm sure it will be back.i stopped by the Chicago Ridge, IL store today and found this set for 99.99.

not sure why it is not on sale on the website.

Looks tempting, I would hesitate at the notation "reconditioned". Where did the come up with enough reconditioned sets that they can advertise them? And as I scroll through the store lists, prices vary all over the place, and each store has just 1 set. Something smells. This is very tempting!
Usuall price is $119, on sale for $47!
Craftsman 20 Piece Ratcheting Wrench Set Inch/Metric

If you are placing any order $50 and up, definitely consider using the $20 off $70 or more Surprise Points.

how did you get this? I only have 10$ in surprise points?
the craftsman and gearwrench sets both have the same sizes. Neither one comes with a 19mm or 3/4, which are common sizes. I picked up the gearwrench set last week.
Different members get different types of surprise points, so not everyone has a $20 surprise. Some people even complain they stopped getting surprise points after a while.
lol jkoops, missed that.. just no 19mm
where are you seeing reconditioned? maybe just in your area?
I'm not seeing anything that says reconditioned on the page. $47.83
