Best price I saw on Amazon for the 71 01 200 SBA bolt cutters was $38.95, Sears order was $25.34 delivered to our local Sears store, + $5.00 back in points.
One question about sears.con, I can't find the Craftsman bench sanders online, but can see other brands, in store the have the Craftsman ones, does that means they will clearance soon?

The 3 pc Professional Pry Bar set is currently down to $34.99. I don't think this goes on sale often.

I'd wager that they'll be getting rid of this set since the new pry bars are out which offer striking caps.
Had some points and some bonus points expiring.Ordered a blower to be shipped and some car care products to be picked up. Total was around $77 when I needed at least $75 to use the Surprise Points.
Just got an email that the car care products were all out of stock. Since the total is now below $75, are they going to take the Surprise points out of my refund?
Sears is giving $30 back in points with $50 or more in purchases.
Seems to only work for one order.
Details? I don't see this on my account.
looks like the micro-clicker torque wrenches are on clearance again today, not sure i can recommend them as i tried one during their black monday sale two weeks ago and the locking ring was broken, but maybe others will have better luck
Well after the fiasco last week with the lock ring on these I was able to get HD to price match the sale price. She even gave me the extra 10% off. Ended up with the gearwrench husky version for 34ish bucks....
how did you get them to do that?
So the 30" by 30" cabinet is $179.99, $193.49 after 7.5% sales tax (which would earn $100 in points). I've got $33.79 to redeem in points, which would bring it down to a total of $157.17 earning $83.10 in points.
So, to buy two of them would be
Using no existing points and only what's redeemed
$193.49 (initial one)
$85.99 ($100 redeemed)
Total: $279.48
Redeeming existing points
$157.17 (first one)
$104.16 ($83.10 redeemed)
Total: $261.33
I'd rather just wait for them to go on sale again, picked up two on father's day weekend for a total of $188.90 using some SYWR points.
Sign in to your account and add something that is $50 or more to your cart. Go to your cart and at the bottom it should show the points you should earn.
Just played around with the $30 back in points on $50 deal. It's only good for 1 per member, but I have a couple of accounts and some coupons and surprise points stack. Ended up buying 2 each of the Craftsman bar clamps shipped to my door. Figure I paid about 34% of retail once I get the points back. I'll have to find something to spend them on, but that's not too difficult.
Note that $10 of the points expire in 7 days. The rest look like they are good for 90 days.
I'm buying the same Craftsman bar clamps. I've read that the OEM is Wolfcraft, and that they are made in Slovakia.
It looks like after applying SYW coupons and surprise points (both of which should be on most accounts), the clamps will be about 50% off, which is approximately the same price available during past sales. However, with the $30 back in points deal, this may be one of the best times ever (?) to buy these clamps.
Also, it looks like the clamps with the 2.5" throat (but not the 3.5" throat) offer an additional $2.50 - $3.00 back in points each.
Any thoughts on throat depth? I can understand why the extra inch of throat depth would help with stability for long clamps, but what situations would a 3.5" rather than 2.5" throat depth be beneficial for when using shorter clamps, like 6" - 12"?
$150 in points on a set of Die Hard...... tires? Is it weird that I can sort of see myself buying these?

Anyone know anything about them?

Thanks for the tip on the clamps. I have used both throat depths. I try to only buy the bigger size. The small ones are fine, but the bigger ones always seem to come in handy. That being said, I sometimes mess up and buy the wrong ones.
Having them shipped is fun. The packaging is always creative. The last couple they just sandwiched inside a flattened box with a couple of pieces of tape.
Did anyone else order any of the Reese stuff? I ordered yesterday and everything shipping to store was cancelled according to the email I got.Sears is Clearancing out all the Reese brand towing accessories, balls, mounts, receivers, and such. Really cheap. The only negative is that you have to pick them up at the Sears Auto Center, which might be a deal killer depending how bad the wait and hassle is at your Sears Auto Center.
Here's a link to the stuff being clearanced out.
