I purchased the $44.99 Craftsman Knipex set today along with the body clip pliers and a punch holder for the spend $75 get $25/25/25. I have another $25 hitting from the August promo on 9/30. I’ll be on the lookout for some Knipex or something.

With the way Sears is going I’m glad I didn’t go in on one of the 12 month payout promos.

Yeah, I think you should be safe with that 3 months timeline, at least.

There's a 5in mini Knipex Cobra, smaller than the two sizes in the Craftsman rebrand set, for ~$33 that you might like to get to go with those once your 9/30 points arrive. Would need a filler to hit $35 for shipping. https://www.sears.com/knipex-cobra-174-pliers/p-00932431000P

This one might not last long, but for the time being it's giving shipping and ship-to-store options.

International 19" Handbox, Black $5.99

Free S&H for orders $35 or more.

No reviews, but wow, what a price! Sears says the regular price is $25.99, and it's being sold online at Lowe's (in red) for $27.85. Ship-to-store arrival estimate is 3 weeks.

Wow... too bad not available to ship-to-store for me. At this price, I would be in for several of these. My kid was saying that he wants a tool box like what I have "with drawers" but this will work better (and cheaper!) for his ever expanding Lego collections.

Yes, my 6" Pliers Wrench deal worked out in the end. :) It sounded like she had figured out some unspecified way to convince herself to do the Amazon match despite thinking she was only supposed to match companies that have physical stores [which of course Amazon is starting to have now too, and Home Depot doesn't sell these in-store, but I wasn't going to try to get into all that, lol], but I went ahead and shared the Home Depot link with her once I found it, and that seemed to make her more willing to help work out the multiple other complications. Several people have reported successful Amazon price-matches in the past, but if Home Depot, Lowes, or Walmart have the same price or close to it, that's looking like more of a sure thing from now on.

Thanks @Hexen and @2manytools!

Thanks! Like they say... in for a cancelation!

Yeah, I'm surprised that it's still showing me the same price, and same shipping and ship-to-store options. :wtf:

I guess it will keep going until SPG International starts wondering why Sears is forwarding a bunch of orders for this box.

Argh, looks like most stuff is back up to full price today despite having been on sale to varying extents for quite a while before the 10% off got added the past couple days. The 48in level is at full price of $33 now too. Hopefully we'll get some sales back in effect before I next have to buy something!

Looks like I got some NOS today when I picked mine up today.
COO Taiwan.
Where are the Black ones made ?
View media item 86975

Interesting. I believe the black-handled ones are a Gearwrench rebrand. The Amazon page for those https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000TDAHYM/?tag=atomicindus08-20 indicates it is Taiwan for them too.

There is actually a red layer under the black layer on the grips of the 'black-handled' ones... maybe they are the same except for the black outer layer.

for me, it was the verify you are not a robot nagging screen. i use Chrome. Any fix? i have no clue when it would happen, but it's usually after i am ready to spend money with them. i really try to help them stay afloat but they make it really hard. once it happens, and you check the box, it pops you to the sears home page ( off top of my head ), then you try to navigate to the product page or check out, it shows the robot verify page again... insane!

I'm ready to say the heck with it.
I didn't try again yet.
I don't really need to be spending the money,
But was trying to get over $75.00 for the $75.00 in free points.

If the items are in your cart they should stay there. No need to add them again. Try login using other browser.

Chrome is a problem on many sites, mosts sites are primarily compatible with IE. So the "fix" is to use a compatible browser like IE.

Also try changing your IP address, a lot of IP addresses are getting blacklisted and you may have gotten a previously blacklisted one.

I've been having issues for months logging into Sears and Kmart. Recently Edge browser has worked, while Chrome has not. That could change, and Sears has lost several purchases from me simply because I could not log in.

Ad-block software (I see you have ABP) can cause issues checking out with Sears... I leave mine enabled when browsing, but I have to disable to sign-in and checkout...

------Non Tool Related Post------

If you have a six year old ******* your holiday shopping list, you should know about this:

https://www.kmart.com/mga-entertain...SellerId=Kmart&prdNo=2&blockNo=2&blockType=G2

These "LOL Dolls" are extremely hard to find in any store and KMart just made them available for free shipping. They never come on sale either. The Target near me usually sells out within hours of getting any. So if you have young girls on your shopping list, this is a great item to buy with points. I am just about out of tools worth buying at Sears.

On several occasions, the Sears/Kmart chat agents have recommended using Google Chrome to clear up a website error.
