I don't know what i was thinking, but for some reason i bid on this pallet of Cross Check Torque Seal. I paid $125 for 1,400 tubes of this stuff. It's selling for $7 a tube on eBay, but that's a lot of selling to get rid of it all!
My wife is going to kill me!
Let’s do some quick math.
$125 bid + (15% auction premium?) + (tax 8.25%?) = $155.61
$155.61/1400= $0.1115 cost per tube
To be competitive on ebay you charge $7 and ship free.
$7.00 – ($0.11115 cost) - ($0.70 ebay fee) – ($0.50 paypal fee) – ($3.50 avg. shipping) = $2.19 profit/tube
$2.19 – (packaging) - (your time to pack and ship these things over the next five years) = Yeah, she’s gonna kill you.
Use eborcim's suggestion and sell for $5/tube = You're already dead and buried in the backyard.

Wow! A Braunsdorf-Mueller "perfect handle" screwdriver!! Please post that in the BMCo thread 1. There's a link to it in the Index in the Sticky at the top of the Vintage Discussion board. I have a small Braunsdorf-Mueller collection and I can tell you it is few and far between that you see it in the wild. I will comment further there.
