Do I need a specific vise grip tool? I'm using craftsman needle vise grips, but unable to rotate within the channel of the pump body. :confused:

Does anyone know where I can source a wrench? Hydjack is no longer available. My jack bottom hex is rounded from the previous owner. Is there a recommended way to get the hex plug removed? Should I have someone weld a nut to the plug?

The floor jack, over sea model, pumps up fine without a load. It raise up and down without any issues, but under load, the floor jack will not raise. There is fluid in the reservoir. Can there be water or moister in the reservoir that is not allowing the hydraulic hold up under a load? thanks

Is there a special tool needed to remove the Pump Piston from Hein Werner WS 1 1/2 Ton floor jack? My jack is leaking at the interface between the pump piston the body of the pump. How can I compress the piston to remove the clip?
