Looks like a very cool setup. Can you tell me more about the split AC system and why did you go with an under floor exhaust system? Also, how do the 12' ceilings work out with the lift?

Why run your metal horizontal? The wall girts aren't there solely for nailers for the tin they also provide structural support. I'd consider putting the girts at 2' oc and then run the tin vertical.

I'm in the skid-mounting the compressor club, and sticking it under a lower shelf or a workbench somewhere at ground level. Makes maintenance easier and negates any weight/strength concerns.
