Slab is done. Looks good. 30x50 pole building. Half is going to be used as a "finished" living space. The other half for tractor, shop, etc.... Would you seal the "finished" half to give it a more finished look? I've thought about tile, but might wait on that... but I know that sealing might...

Oh trust me... you don't know the half of it. I'm thrilled at this point just to be where we're at now. I can deal with the garage doors and the flashing (see other post) myself.

Yes! This was supposed to be a fun project... but crappy contractors can make something like this a nightmare. I'm in the home stretch now (I hope)... It's pretty hard to know ALL the right questions to ask a contractor if you've never done something like this before. Thanks for all the help...

If that was an option I wouldn't be asking here... but that's another story. Let's just say that the "builder" cut more than a couple corners and I'm trying to pick up the pieces and get this project wrapped up.

I agree the flashing looks like it should have been put on prior. Any thoughts about the idea of just mixing up a bunch of cement and filling the holes?
