This. We have a shop supplied snap on set and we’ve likely gone through the majority of the common taps 5 times and every time it gets replaced with no questions. Easily paid for itself a few times over at this point.

Is the snap on scanner updated? I’ve had issues with some scan tools that don’t have the latest update not connecting to fca before.

Open it up before you send it in. Mine had the exact issue and it ended up being a broken solder joint on the motor wire. If you can’t see anything obvious, put it back together and send it to snap-on. :)

Broke my 21mm 3/8 tekton recently, should have the new one here on Monday. I put this thing through hell though.
