Hazet makes a number of special tools for auto manufacturers that are not listed in their regular catalogue. For example, I have some VAG hose clamp pliers made by Hazet with Hazet logo but also with VAG logo/VAS tool number engraved on them.

Can someone recommend an American-made tap and die set? I need both US and metric sizes. Have never had a set, so do not know what manufacturers to search for. Thanks in advance!

Could the punches be made from brass for gunsmithing?

VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) factory / dealer tools. Doesn't matter if it is the exact same as another commercial tool -- I want the one with with the VAG number on it :)

This is an inappropriate place to offer medical advice. Bill said he has pernicious anemia. Unless he posts his intrinsic factor assay results, I don't think he should start taking an oral B12 in lieu of injection for reasons I will not go into here.

If you got the replacement from the same dealer, isn't it possible that the new ones are just from the same bad batch?
