Where should I look for cabinets or storage shelves that don't break the bank but still look nice.

Has anyone used this product? If so, how has it help up? I recently had a really cheap($2/psf) to do this product in the winter. It seems too good to be true. Any experience with this product would be helpful. Thanks.

Alright, I talked to the contractor. The product is actually Aquapon 35 Polyamide-Epoxy Gloss. Has anyone heard this product before? I'm going to make a separate post about it. Thanks.

Sorry, I live in Utah where it can get really cold. Burying it in the ground won't be an option as it would have to go through concrete. It would have to go behind the wall or outside of the wall. I'll look into the foam insulating sheathing or electrical pipe heating.
