I am not looking at a sparkling floor just cleaning on of some grime, some grease and paint will a pressure washer in the 4000 to 5000 psi do a decent job? Any sort cleaner recommended?

Thanks, yah in the winter the Crisis Center is warmed up before I go out, I think I will try it. And its fully insulated so it really never gets that cold.

I have an older TV in the Mens Crisis Center I want to get a bigger and nicer TV something in the 25" range flat screen. I live in MN so it does get cold in my garage in Jan when the heat is off. What kind of TV can I use? LCD, Plasma etc..... without damaging it

My floor sweats like crazy in the spring, and does so until it warms and stops condensing moisture on it. And it really sweats, I keep wondering how the epoxy type floor coatings would be effected by this?
