I bought a set of the metric deeps tuesday, my dealer had a trade in program, it took me about 3 times using one to know I want my old set back. Ill keep these and im sure they have a use, however they are no replacement for regular sockets as its hard to remove any bolt from them.
I think the #80 is 80 lbs our local parts store has a chart with different lenghts and weighs Ive needed to get some for camper cap rear windows and they just atched as close as poss. and it worked fine ill bet you can do the same just get an extended and a collapsed oal measurment and check...
As said above if you are using 2x lumber the hd is a better option. I have used tons of the standard kreg 21/2 inch screws on 2x framing , however the hd screws are much stronger
You can buy the hd kit to go into your k3 set up . Just try to clean out the woodchips after every hole because...
I had bins and switched to closed storage drawers , The bins were nice , but I do some wood work in my shop and the sawdust was always getting into the bins .
I use the whiteside bit it works great, but as said set up is tricky. Infinity makes a magnetic set up tool that works great and dosent need to be used with their bit .

I have standard and metric , they are hardly every used . I can think of only one time I was lucky to have them and they got me out of a problem . I would say that most times a wratchet wrench can do what a shallow socket cant , so there is almost no need for the low profile sockets the key word...
Mid depth sockets are very useful where space wont allow a deep and a shallow is to shallow . I use mine often however I doubt a homeowner would ever use them . My guess is if you are asking you likely dont need them. but anyone who turns wrenches for a living has needed them at some point
The snap on rails that are cut to lenght are hard plastic not rubber the wrenches do not move . as stated above drawer hieght can be a problem with some wrenches depending on drawer depth . In my krl the 2 inch drawers can take up to 24 mm and 1 inch wrenches in those racks my larger sets...
There is a house a couple towns over from us that has one inside a garage, its centered in what would have been a 2 or 3 car garage and makes the whole rest of the garage useless in order to leave space to use it. I always thought te guy should learn how to back up but he does live on a busy...
There are many options when looking at Unisaws and depending on floorspace/ power available older saws likely wont have the beismier fence and the fence is worth as much as the saw if you buy one without it and want to upgrade also many unisaws are 3 phase so check what you are buying unless...
I dont really have a moisture issue in my shop , but I do have a bench made of lista cabinets and a row of taller vidmar cabinets . I didnt want to take a chance on rust so i sat all of them on rubber roofing material as a barrier you might consider something like that under any base you make ...
Im not sure about the bahco but I have a snap on 725 and I use it hard everyday in a shop in the northeast where everything is rusted , its about 5 years old and never gave any trouble its just starting to get tired now and im going to buy another one soon
