Got this in the mail today :). 46 piece pulley puller set from Weber Tools. Needed this set to get a stuck flywheel off of one of my antique outboards. Hope it will work and get that stupid thing off !

    Need Quality 2-stroke Trimmer Buying Advice 2013 - 2014

Husqvarna!!! We have 3 of them and we've used Husqvarna for more than 20 years and we never had any problems with them! Our oldest trimmer is now a parts trimmer, only because somebody stripped out a screw hole and it wasn't worth repairing anymore. They are as reliable as can be! I never used...

Just got these. Not really tools, but they are at least tool related :). 350 washers and 128 nuts. Not bad for a total of 5 euros :). Also bought a cheap 7 piece screwdriver set. They aren't great quality, but I already have the top brands so I thought I would just buy them since they were made...

Briggs and Stratton experts in here

These are engines with a lot of load on them and they run constantly at high rpm. It could be there is oil entering the combustion chamber and then gets forged back between the cilynder and the piston into the crankcase. The oil will get black really quickly because of the exhaust fumes and...

    The VISES of Garage Journal

Ok, thanks :)! Yeah it works just fine, but when I first got it I thought the main nut was broken or something. I also found out the lead screw fits really sloppy in the threads of the main nut. I can even move the lead screw up and down a bit while it's fully screwed in in the main nut.

    The VISES of Garage Journal

Just a quick question. How much play in an old vise is normal? When my vise (American Scale) isn't fully closed there is some play in the knob at the front of the vise. I can move it up, down, left and right about 3/16 of an inch (I can't move it in or out though). It also has some play in the...

    Reversible ratchet wrenches *best* ?

Try some Hazet or Gedore ratcheting wrenches! I don't have any of them, but I've got some other tools from those brands and I can tell you, you won't be disappointed with them! They are really nice tools and I'm pretty sure they are made in Germany :)
