    Garage apron cracking

I've had good success fixing cracks with top and bond. I always do an inverted vgroove with my quick cut, then I have a small chipping gun I use to clean out the crack, then I remove all loose debris, grind the face where the patch will be feathered onto with a cup wheel, air blow everything...

    build garage square or level?

My pole barn tilts to the left side and the front, whoever built it didn't have a level and too many beers. But it's sound. You can't notice from looking at it. That being said, I'd build it level. I'd set my wall heights with a transit. Depends on your tools and experience.

    Wiring through a duplex receptacle

I didn't even know their was premade. I've installed literally thousands of ressy grade, always around the screw. Pigtail on rare occasions like... If I have 3 or more wires in the box. I use spec grade depends on the receptacles use, or lack of ever being used.

Mounting Fahrenheit fuh54 to the wall

I'd mount a piece of unistrut across then anchor with spring nuts. I wouldn't go into drywall, sure it's not heavy but its weight suspended outwards and that bracket looks to be about 1.25" wide, lots of twisting Or open the wall and put blocking, more work but cleanest imo.
