Wondering if I need to grind my concrete down to remove bumps (where we were dragging the concrete to smooth it out when we poured it), etc. The slab is 30x30 and does have a few low spots. If I do need to grind them what diamond grit? Any suggestions?

Just got some 4100 Lumen LED 4' shop lights for my 30x30 metal shop.My roof is angled. My question is, is it better to angle the shop lights by attaching the the metal rafter beams or have them facing down to the ground?
