Can anyone offer some guidance on a proposed concrete floor job I have? It's to be laid over an existing concrete floor that is considerably lower than required, outside level is 6" higher than inside and I'd like to bring inside up to this height. The existing floor is a long way off level...

I bought it the other day, it's just arrived. There was another on uk ebay a week or two ago but I stumbled on this for cheaper than the other went for. I think it has a German feel to it's design though that might be my false assumption. It's certainly stout, the shelf that the dynamic runs in...
