i perfer standard for 3/8 and 1/2, but QR for 1/4 just because i think my 1/4" ratchet holds on to sockets and extension tighter than i'd like.

i think Loscaldazar is right. the newer ones just have the A in the end. i doubt theres any difference in durability.

my 3/8" set only goes to 24, but i still used an adapter to 1/2" and still works fine.. (3/8" nitrocat)

that looks like a older snap on in the video. the new snap ons have a different rubber grip handle. I love the snap on.

ridgid..it was cheap ~110 for a set. looking to upgrade them to a milwaukee in the near future.
