I did some research on it, looks like they stopped making them in the 80's?
I bought it for the novelty of it. This is the first time I've come across a USA tool brand that I hadn't heard of.
Found at an antique store for $5 -I didn't know they made these until I found it; though I am familiar with the Proto Keyring screwdriver, that one seems pretty popular
Going to de-rust and remove some paint on the handles. Found these a while back at a pawn shop and only paid a few bucks. They're in surprisingly nice condition. I'll post pictures when they're all clean
Pretty excited (though I've been pondering selling it) but i found this new old stock set of USA impact sockets. They were quite dirty. Either on the shelf for years or what i think, they've been in the back and then were found.
So the other day I saw a tool truck, but it was GearWrench.
I had no idea they had those. Unless it was a delivery truck? Seemed like your standard tool truck through.
Anyone know anything about those?
Haven't been in a while and picked up some goodies.
-New'ish 17mm Blackhawk combo wrench
-Cornwell 15mm impact
-Hazet,very surprised to find it here in AZ. 11mm socket
-New SK Wayne 9/16 swivel socket
All for 5$ :)
Boker pliers. 4.5" total length. Don't know much about them, other than they appear to make jewelers tools. I found them at a pawn shop.
Anyone have any info?
Originally $18, on clearance for $4.50. Comes with a main clamp light and a mini light.
Not sure if all Walmarts, but the one near me. They are pretty nice.
Bough this while I was going to pawn shops and an antique store.
Haven't seen this "kettle shaped" socket before. I like the knurling ring though.
Size is 1-3/16, so it fit a space I didnt have, haha.
When did they produce these?
Thanks :)
