Denny, loaded ucups have a few styles. Loaded cups come with a quad ring or oring in the grove. These can just be taken out with anything that is not sharp. Just pry it out. These are pushed in the grove and can be removed very easily. No cutting or gouging. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
