Finished a custom bookshelf for a customer a few weeks ago. 8' tall and almost 9' wide. 3/4" Oak veneer plywood with solid oak edging and trim. Took about 60 hours.

Making progress on the paddles

Decided I want to try building some canoe paddles. I had the ash left over from a table I built and the cedar was all the clear sections I could get out of the off cuts from the trellis.

Got a tachometer installed on my drill press/vfd setup, better than guessing the rpm of the chuck

How do you like the worklight? I've been eyeballing that with the stand and then possibly adding another light. My buddy accidently ran over my cheapie 400W dual head halogen so I need something to replace it.... I realize it won't be nearly as bright but I think cordless is a worthwhile tradeoff

Just finished doing a refurb on a Hultafors Bruks hatchet. Head was all rusted and handle wasn't set tight. This is it between my Gransfors Bruks small forest axe and mini hatchet.

I have the 5450XLQRBL and it's a great feeling ratchet overall. I think it will suit what you're looking for. I paid $48 Canadian for it on amazon.

I use my little bosch Colt routers way more than my big multi-base bosch!
