Consider 12 ft ceilings and use radiant floor heat which only warms objects and people. It does not send all your heat to the ceiling.

You are way over thinking this. That container will support pretty much whatever you want to put on it. It is designed to hold over 20 ton of cargo supported on four points. This means that the whole container envelope is essentially a beam spanning between the corners.

I bought one 15 or so years ago. Decent lift with manual locks. Would probably still have it but was destroyed in a shop fire.
