Just curious... What is the ideal siding material on the affordable side? For interior finishing, other than drywall? For exterior siding, other than vinyl or t1-11?

Excellent! Yeah, it is good for getting a feel for the space, FPS style. There are lots of pre-modelled items to place in there that help simulate the amount of **** a person can accumulate. They're all nice, shiny and expensive. My stuff wouldn't be.

I inquired with a few companies. Lots of sales pressure and fast talking. I felt instantly uncomfortable. Too expensive for the size building I'm looking to put up anyway.

That is a good idea. I was considering having cutouts with swivelling flaps in the garage door to run hoses to. For car exhaust it works fine but it would be unwieldy with smaller machines. Ive worked with a similar system to the one you described before . Looked expensive tho. Retractable hose...
