Main panel replaced with new 3-phase panel. The old single-phase panel was repurposed as a sub-panel.

Good catch. The electrician arrives on Monday to install a new main panel and two sub-panels. Once I get a time frame for the epoxy floor installation, the HVAC guy is up and I can schedule the movers to empty out 4 storage units, Finally, the lifts get installed and I can get back to work.
