    @Zeke Thanks, any help is appreciated. The closed cell foam actually helped a lot to lessen the leaking, but it didn't solve the problem. I wish I hadn't had the spray foam put in before I knew there was going to be really bad leaking. But, the spray foam people actually showed up early...

    As a side note. I have considered removing the metal panels around the windows and doing more weatherproofing myself, but I had spray foam put in, and from what I understand, it can be difficult/impossible to remove without damaging it. I don't know much about that though.
