If you buy from harbor freight tools and have your receipts....

Cards are a much better deal for them than paying out checks. They probably source their tools for pennies on the dollar.

On the CC statements they just give you 18% of the entire purchase.

If you buy from harbor freight tools and have your receipts....

Claim denials? They handed out $160 gift cards to anybody who asked, multiple cards to the same household. What did you have to do to be denied? Send in counterfeit receipts?

Cable tie wraps (AKA zip ties)

I'm pretty sure HF has stainless zip ties, I would use one of those.

    Interior Protection

I think I would be more concerned about the tractor taking out on of those posts. Maybe you need some concrete filled pipes in front of those.

Running sch40 electrical in floor before concrete?

Not sure I follow exactly what you're doing here. You are running one 3/4" conduit? Why wouldn't you use a sweep into the bottom of a box and split out both ends of the box to your other boxes?

    Rolling Stairs/Ladder plans(?)

I'll let you in on a secret. You know how it's almost impossible to find a sales associate at HD or Lowes when you need one? Just set one foot on one of those rolling ladders, they will come running from all directions to yell at you. Works every time.

Cable tie wraps (AKA zip ties)

About 15 years ago, there was a dollar store in my area that would get some unusual items, surplus or auction I guess. He had T&B Ty-raps of all sizes up to 16" with and without screw loops for...yes $1. I would go in there every week or so and buy 15 or 20 packs. I had so many I started selling...

Looking for a Good Angle Grinder

I have two of these $10 HF contraptions. The first one has been used to repoint brick, cut stone and concrete and cut loads of steel. I'm trying to kill it just for the satisfaction of throwing it in the garbage can but IT WON'T DIE.

Tips and tricks 101 Benchtop Ratchets.

My SAE open end/box wrench set is Benchtop. Decent set, rarely used now. I bought it back in simpler times when my world was still measured in inches.

Self priming paint vs primer and paint

I would still use a primer. Either self etch or rusty metal primer if you still have some surface rust. I always thought those "paint and primer in one" paints were a scam. I've never seen the Rusto epoxy DTM, is it a two part mix in the can type thing?

I also like the purple 4 oz. detail gun and their air brushes work pretty good.

Harbor freight drill press chuck question

If you're trying to drill half way or part way into an existing hole, that is nearly impossible even with everything clamped down. The flutes want to climb out of the solid material into the void. A small bit will simply flex and a larger stiffer bit will chatter and try to push the entire head...
