    I have always thought it was a Kennedy box but never really gave it much thought. I got it in the late 80's? I have used it for my road box. It has some weight but I throw it in what ever ride we take just in case. I've used it more helping others than I have on my ride.

    I got a couple from one of the agencies at work that was upgrading their benches. I've only got one together so far but also only have half my garage cleaned. I bolted the bins down and just used a large C clamp on the vice for now.

    I've been cleaning my garage and trying to get all of my Grandfathers, Dad's and two uncles tools back into some order. This Williams/Snap-on was My Grandfathers. The Mac was My dads last box I have not been able to bring myself to go thru it yet.

    Blackie, My grandfather used Williams, Proto, Bonney and New Britian his entire life. This is the largest H-51 3/4 Dr and the smallest 1/4 dr 1/8 inch deep socket and some wrenches I could find.

    Good Pawn Shops in Austin, TX for Tools?

    Mustang pawn on E 7th has a big selection but you'ii have to search thru the junk. I've not decoded their tickes. Also the pawn shop at Congress and stasney(SP?} they have a good selection. Their code is MARYLOUISE so that will help you get a better deal.

    Garage with living inside?

    Mine is 100X60X16 with 40X40X30 on one side for the house above the shop it cost right at 35,000. The slab and insulation cost a little more 40,000+. Then about 20,000 to finish it out. like others have said make sure you use lots of sound deading material and insulation. I have the shop tools...

    Guinness and I keep it in this. I got it off Craigslist for $50. Late 40's early 50's GE. It had a freon leak the coils had rubbed each other for years. It's not super cold but cold enough for me.

    ^^^ What he said. Nothing is more aggravating than needing a socket/tool and not having it. I have a few special tools that I don't use very often but when you need it the job is much easier.
