    Screwdriver with flex shaft?

I had to pull squirrel cages out of late 60's early 70's GTOs. I got this 1/4 drive tool and the socket from the tool guy at work. It worked like a champ - broke some pretty rusted bolts over. I have also used it on hose clamps. Its a good one - you don't use it much, but when you do need it...

    Tool Boxes, Plain Or Stickered

I have only a small few on the outside of my box. The biggest one is from Flyrite choppers when I worked for them. The rest on the inside of the lid. What I don't like are people who just get the stickers because they are cool. If I have used the product I will put the sticker on my box, But not...

    Air jacks at Costco...any comments

We use them at the body shop all the time. I have seen techs chain a uni body car to the pots and set them on the bent rail and use them to push up and straighten the rail. I have one at home and I left my 49 jacked-up a month, month and a half never moved. These are a little different but the...

I think they are very useful. I seem to be installing a lot of wiring harnesses lately and they are great to have around. I also use them under the hood on hose clamps, head lights and tail lights.

    Grease gun...?

The pistol grip works fine for the weekend mechanic. Buy a flex hose and a right angle grease tip, These two things will make your life much easier. I have this one for 8-9 years and it has never let me down.

    Making a socket holder

What is expensive? Buy the sockets you need to fill in your set. The first set I bought at Sears on sale for 2 for 20 bucks and I have had them for about 4 or 5 years with no problems. The second one I bought off E-bay for about 12 dollars shipped to my door. They are usually 25 to 30 bucks off...

Let's see what's in your toolbox.

Yes it is. I worked at a high end body shop it was the last of the full enamel and metal emblems.I think it came off a 840?? I'm not sure. I had to fight the bodyman for it. I love my wife but if Leanne Tweeden called I would be hard pressed not to go and see what she wanted.
