    Any Carter Carb guys?

I always thought tuning one carb was enough pita most of the time. Couldnt imagine having having 4 i had to tune for one vehicle. Especially on bikes where they usually have to be pulled to make a tuning adjustment. Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk

Just dont let brake fluid get into the ratcheting end. It seems to kill them. Took two 10mm wrenches to die before i figured out what was going on. But they were all so nice to use on bleeders in tight spots. Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk

Stripped hex head bolt - removal?

I would pound a slightly oversized torx bit into it. Unfortunately i have to do this fairly often when doing logo changes on plastic injection molds. Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk

6 Point Combination Wrench Set Options?

The xframe wrenches are a longer than the standard sk combos. I havent put one up next to my sk long combos to see if they are the same length for the given size. Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk

Looking for a 1/2" air impact wrench

My go to is an Aircat 1055-th stubby. It has enough power for 95 percent of my task working on cars. I would choose a stubby over a full size any day if i could only have 1. Sent from my LML713DL using Tapatalk

    Motorcycle Tools

A few specific motorcyle tools that I have and like are the motion pro axle socket. Next up is the DID KM 500 R chain cutter and rivet tool. Its for 520 to 532 chains and the most durable ive owned thus far. Another motion pro product I use is the chain alignment tool. Fairly simple and cheap...

    Powerbuilt Pro Tech Ratchets?

I picked up this Powerbuilt set for small jobs around the apartment and quick fixes. As stated earlier about the ratchets, the selector lever is fairly vague, but I havent had any unintentional reversing while using one. Also as noted, it seems as the 1/4 " ratchet has more slop in the drive...

Thoughts on CP 717 air hammer

Looking at picking up an air hammer for work. I work in low pressure injection molding and its common to end up having plastic encasing our 1 1/2" waterlines along with some hydraulic lines. Im thinking this would make digging out the lines a breeze compared to the old hammer and chisel method...

    To Quick Release or Not?

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Quick release is nice when your socket is covered in oil. Not so nice when you bump the button up against something when the socket is deep in the abyss that you cant see. Removing an oily socket from a non quick release snap on ratchet will require...
