This was a major defining factor in me selecting a 4-post. .....nothing has ever fallen off of a 4-post....... I'm not making a living using my HD-9 4-post lift.

My supplemental 120v receptacle is mounted to the main control box. No issues. I'm no certified electrician but I do try to follow the code.

I have the HD9. No regrets. I did buy the Atlas manual bridge jack. It is way cheaper than the Bendpak version. I did go thru the entire unit and found some issues that my OCD required fixing. My checkbook was the deciding factor. No regrets on the Atlas purchase.

Actually, the metal screw ears are either completely gone are filled with the rusted remains of the previous 6x32 screw.
