Russell, Not an answer to your exact question, but, this is the Bend Pack P-6-F. Same lift, but, designed to sit flush with the floor, so the anchor bolts sit inside the frame instead of outside. The F means flush. Mine came with big bolts to sink into the floor. The P-6-F wants to be bolted...
