Ordered 5 things from them in November. Shipping was from Amazon for two of them and the rest was from TW. Shipping was less then a week. Maybe they are out of one product and holding the order? Or problem with Amazon warehouse?

I would just get a cheap security system that alerts you. I have been using Wyze for a few years. Not the best but it works.

I use them 😂. All joking aside I use penetrating oil or whatever’s around the shop, silicone spray cutting oil. Cleaning mostly alcohol or purple power again, whatever’s around the shop.

Did you get the OCTANE saw. The one I had would do that. Returned it back to the store. And got the gen5.

I guy at work broke a bit socket and a 1/4 torque wrench. Went on their website and took some pictures of the tools. A few days later the new ones arrived was super easy.

Looks like they are going to release some OPE on the 14 of this month. It’s about time. I bought a Makita trimmer two or three years ago and it’s already falling apart.

All 5ft 11 inches. Small hands make it look bigger.
