ALLDATA vs. Mitchell vs. Identifix for ind. repair shop

They're al good but the mitchel wiring diagrams are the best. They rewrite the all so there is no relearning legends and that **** between a toyota and a chevy. Otherwise, they're all good.

    HF angle die grinders

The one on left I have had for 2 years and works well. Out of the box, the 90° gear is dry, need to add a bit of grease, I never had a problem. I can't think of anyone else that sells one for $7! Get the one on the left, the handle is nicer on the bottom.

Anyone else have an outside workbench

Is there anyone else thats got an outdoor workbench. I use mine for scrapping and stuff that just makes a mess that I don't want to do in my garage. I even put a little lamp in the tree for when the projects carry over into the evening. Anyone else got pics? Here's a picture of mine I took on...

30mm socket for Jag oil drain plug

harbor freight 1/2 metric impact socket set has a 30 in it and is less than @25 for the whole set! Nice deal. But really, if the bolt is that big, you could use an adjustable on it or even a monkey wrench and not worry about stripping it.

Shall I trade my Chinese/Taiwan 3.5 Ton Mac Tools Jack for a 2 Ton Walker USA jack?

Re: Shall I trade in my Chiwanese 3.5 Ton Mac Tools Jack for a 2 Ton Walker USA jack? Really think about it. The one you have now has more capacity. The chineese stuff is just as good. Screw the walker, not worth it. In fact sell the one you have now and buy a harbor freight rapid pump. They...

    Source for metric thin wrenches?

What Impact Socket for wheel removal

Not to be bad news, but you probably would have wanted to get a 1/2in impact for lugs. 3/8 doesn't always cut it. But as for the sockets, just get a set at harbor freight. I've had em for years never a problem and they are cheap.

everything should be a flange bolt

When working on a car and a bolt breaks off and then after extracting it and maybe retappting, I got to my HF met bolt set to get a replacment bolt and its just a regular bolt. Not the flange type which is used on all of the oem fasteners on cars. Why the hell don't they sell a flange bolt set...
