I paid $1 for it. Now I need to figure out what it is. It has an 8-inch overall length. The **** section is roughly octagonal (about 3/4" diameter). The front looks ready to do something and is just under 1/4-inch thick.

I picked up this 4-way angle wrench today (VS5214). The date code symbol doesn't match any of the symbols in my table. I'm guessing 1966 (?) but that does not agree with my table. Is there a better date code symbol reference chart out there in the wilds of the internet, or am I missing...
