Does ebay pi$$ anybody else off besides me?

With eBay I find I need to set my maximum bid at the absolute most I'm willing to pay and walk away. Otherwise, if I sit there watching the end of the auction I find myself saying, "oh, what's another $10, it's worth it" and then end up paying more than I wanted to and most the time feeling like...

    Gearwrench Customer Service Update

Honestly, I think they screwed up in not going above and beyond at this point. It's a well known fact that it costs 5x more to attract a new customer than to keep a current one. With competition being as high as it is, and alternatives being as plentiful as they are, one could easily write...

    Knipex vs Snap On Pliers

I've never held a pair of Knipex pliers of any type, but from the pictures the handles on them seem extremely bulky and overkill for the type of work I typically do. Is my assumption true, or are the grips/handle not as thick as they appear in the pictures?

    Snap On Flex Extension 3/8 x 8"

My dad has one of these, and I use it to start spark plugs. It's especially handy with the VW Bus because the spark plugs are below the engine tin and difficult to locate at times. And if you drop the spark plug, it staying there! How much is one of these worth?
